Mr. Basil Armoush of Tamkeen Consultancy, Bahrain, conducted a 10-day training workshop in December 2011 for Oriental Press Dubai executive staff which included business clinics and coaching. This was a follow up on the Leadership Skills training program which was attended by 20 executives in June 2011. The management of Oriental Press organized this second workshop to ensure maximum benefit and to be able to convert the leadership skills learnt into working habits. On 29/11/2011 the closing ceremony was held at Oriental Press Dubai. Mr.Majeed Al Zeera, the President of Oriental Printing Group was the chief guest. He addressed the participants and emphasized the benefit of such training for every individual if we practice what we learn. He also distributed the awards among the training participants. The ceremony ended with the closing speech of Mr. Khan, General Manager-Operations Oriental Press. This was followed by a Luncheon at the Club Met restaurant.
